01What we collect

When you send the "Start your project" form we collect what you type in yourself:

• Contact details: name, email, phone number and, if any, your company name.
• Project details: the services you need, rough budget, expected timeline and your idea.
• Limited technical data: page language, the page you sent the request from, the visit source (such as a campaign link) and your browser type.

We do not store your IP address as is — only a one-way hash of it, used to stop spam.

02How we use it

We use your data for one main purpose: replying to and following up on your request. That covers contacting you by email, phone or WhatsApp, preparing a proposal for your project, and improving the website in general. We never add you to a marketing list without your explicit consent.

03Cookies

The site only uses essential cookies to remember your preferences, such as language (Arabic or English) and theme (light or dark). We use no advertising cookies and no third-party trackers.

04Sharing

We never sell or rent your data. We only share it:

• with the providers hosting the website and database, as far as needed to run it;
• when the law or a competent authority requires it.

05Retention

We keep your request while we talk and work on the project, then for at most 24 months for follow-up, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Daily backups are deleted automatically when they expire.

06Your rights

We answer any data request within 14 days at most.
